Job Summary:
As the Community Ambassador, you will serve as a liaison between [brands] and the local community. Reporting to the Community Engagement Manager and working closely with the General Manager. You’ll drive brand presence and foster community relationships throughout the [Green Bay/Milwaukee] area.
Your responsibilities will include executing events for each and developing strategic partnerships with local business chambers, college athletics, and/or professional sports teams. You will be vital in coordinating marketing efforts, creating unique sponsorship
opportunities, and ensuring brand standards are upheld at all events. You will also create organic social media content for all brands, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Manage and nurture relationships with local business chambers, community organizations, and sports teams (high school, college, or professional) for each brand.
- Brand Activation: Execute marketing booths for each brand in collaboration with partners.
- Internal Community Engagement: Champion community initiatives internally by assisting with employee events.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of community engagement strategies.
- Content Creation: Create organic content for social media to highlight community engagement
Qualifications:
- Pursuing degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar (or 1 year of equivalent experience)
- Effective Communicator: You’ll be educating the public about the services [brand] provides and how we are a community partner.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Great Collaborator: Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Must be able to perform occasional weekend work.
